If you’re keen on designing a unique piece or wish to use any of our images as inspiration, we’re here to assist at every stage. Upon commissioning, you’ll receive a repair receipt and an estimated collection date. A deposit, half the total cost, secures your price despite fluctuating metal costs. The balance is due upon completion of the item.

1. Which metal do you prefer? Yellow gold, white gold, or perhaps platinum?
2. Would you like us to provide the metal and gemstones, or do you possess heirloom pieces for incorporation?
3. Please share your budget and timeline.
4. What design style do you envision for this piece? We’re ready to aid in design and sketch any styles that pique your interest.
5. Once your design has been chosen we can proceed with the commission. As soon as it is completed we will message you to let you know it is ready for collection. Please bring your repair receipt with you.
6. Every year bring your item in so our Goldsmith can check the safety of your stones. There is no charge for this. If work is needed we can quote you for that extra work.
