Our current charges are £65 for the first item and £15 for each additional item. We provide a detailed, itemized description of each piece of jewellery, complete with pictures, carat weights and total item weights. We highly recommend this service, as it allows us to remake any item should the worst happen.

If you are not sure if you need to have your items insured, our Goldsmith can advise, check your specified limit on your insurance policy. Look for “single item limit” or “personal property coverage” this is the amount that the policy will pay for a single item. This is normally between £1500.00 and £2500.00 but can vary. Remember it is not just the value of the item, it is having that item remade, this in many cases can be more expensive.

We can also recommend an Insurance company for you. Many polices will only deal with certain companies to replace your items, removing your choice of who you trust and would like proceed with.
