When selecting a wedding ring design, consider that if your engagement ring is in a white metal such as Platinum, or a yellow metal like 9 or 18ct Gold we should match the wedding ring to it. Metals with different hardness can wear against each other. Would you like to add stones and would you like us to source them? Additionally, what is your budget and timeframe? Our Goldsmith has crafted numerous ring designs, but we take pride in personalization. We will collaborate with you to create a unique piece… so:

1. Choose your budget.
2. What metal and or stones are we working with?
3. Choose a design or designs that you want to start with.
4. Is this going to be worn against another ring? Is the engagement ring wed-fit…..if not please check our contoured wedding ring category.
5. When do you need it…Clive can get very busy, give him at least a month.

Once we have settled on a design and chosen all the components, we can proceed.

1. A deposit is taken, (normally half). This is because metal values go up and down. This locks in the price.
2. You will be given a Job Number, all correspondence with us will need this. And finally we will give you an estimated time for collection. When your item is done we will message to let you know it is ready.
3. When you return any adjustments can be made and before you collect you will pay the final amount.

As part of our after care, we will check all stones or settings and we are also happy to freshen your rings with an ultrasonic clean. Before your wedding your engagement ring will be cleaned and polished as a complimentary service.

If you purchase two rings for you and your partner you will receive a discount of 5%. The emergency services and the NHS have a discount of 10%.
