Description

When selecting a ring design, consider the overall aesthetic. Would the stones look best in a white metal such as Platinum, or a yellow metal like 9 or 18ct Gold? Some metal can be combined but not all so please check. Which stones would you like to incorporate, or would you prefer us to source them? Additionally, what is your budget and timeframe? Our Goldsmith has crafted numerous ring designs, but we take pride in personalization. We will collaborate with you to create a unique piece… so:

1. Choose your budget.
2. What metal and stones are we working with?
3. Choose a design or designs that you want to start with.
4. What finger will you wear it on and is it being worn against another ring?
5.  When do you need it…Clive can get very busy, give him at least a month.

Once we have settled on a design and chosen all the components, we can proceed.

1. A deposit is taken, (normally half). This is because metal values go up and down. This locks in the price.
2. You will be given a Job Number, all correspondence with us will need this. And finally we will give you an estimated time for collection. When your item is done we will message to let you know it is ready.
3. When you return any adjustments can be made and before you collect you will pay the final amount.

As part of our after care, we will check your stones as a complimentary service and we are also happy to freshen your rings with an ultrasonic clean.
